The City of Bath Athletic Club was formed in 1974 based on Percy Boys Club in the centre of Bath. Recognising the need to be close to the athletics track and better facilities we moved to the Sports Village at Bath University on Tuesday 6th April 1999.
The Bath Plug is the weekly Newsletter for the Athletics Club; keeping you up to date with the past weeks activities and future events. A number of older issues are also available to read.
We have a membership of over 700 (and growing!) with ages varying from 9 to 65. If you wish to join our Club you should complete a membership application form and send to our membership secretary.
Running Bath is our local specialist running shop. Members of TBAC can enjoy discounted rates at the shop. If you can’t get down to the shop in person then take a look at their brilliant new website, www.runninghome.co.uk
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm, club members meet at the Sports Training Village, University of Bath. It is recommended that newcomers arrive 6.40 latest on their first night to allow time for them to be introduced to the Club.
