Dehydration by as little as 2% can negatively affect both mental and physical performance, especially during endurance-based events. Prepared to risk it?
When you train, sweating is non-negotiable, as it helps your body to remove the heat produced during exercise to help manage your body’s temperature. Unfortunately this heat loss occurs at the expense of fluids and electrolytes (salts), which then need to be replaced.
To ensure you perform at your best day in, day out, get your hydration right before, during and after exercise.
