Diana Viles

I am a high jump coach, level 3 and qualified strength & conditioning coach. I became an Assistant Club Coach in 1983 and Club Coach for high jump in 1985 (Level3 now)). I have also coached long and triple jump at times. I coach athletes from secondary school age (year 7 upwards) and coach twice a week on a regular basis, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7pm to 8.30pm.   I also do strength and conditioning for the throwers. I have coached up to and including, English Schools medallists (though sadly not a gold medallist – yet!) and numerous County and some regional Champions.  I am always willing to take new athletes from year 7 upwards, provding they are prepared to work hard and compete regularly.
